What do you offer?

Creative Healing offers a creative form of psychotherapy, that is accessible and unique to traditional talking therapy We offer an intial consultation free of charge, individual in-person creative therapy, online creative therapy and group creative therapy sessions.

Who do you work with?

Creative Healing aims to work with children and young people but is open to working with whoever feels this approach is fitting for them. Our Drama Psychotherapist Mckenzie Barwick has experience working with children and young people, with a particular experience working with neurodiverse clients and looked after children and young people. 

What shall I expect?

After you get in touch, Creative Healing offers a free initial call to talk things through and see if we feels like the right fit for you or your child/young person. If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll agree on the practical details, contracting and sessions can begin. 

Do you have to be creative?

No. You don’t need to be “good” at art, acting, or anything creative to benefit from our therapy. Creative therapy isn’t about talent or performance, it’s about exploring and expressing your experiences in ways that go beyond words. We believe creativity is an innate human quality that naturally emerges when we feel safe and supported.

All you need is a willingness to be curious.
